She is the Islet Core Co-Director at the University of Minnesota Dept. of Surgery--Schulze Diabetes Institute. It's okay, it didn't make much sense to me either. The gentleman on the right is Johan Artz, M.D., Surgical Fellow. He probably has a longer title too, but I don't know what it is. On this mission he was the gun for hire.
