"I was in a Michigan Air Guard C-130 enroute from Detroit to Alaska, deviating around the storm that did this damage.  Through the patience and dedication that characterizes the members of the Commemorative Air Force, I believe it will fly again." As a member of the Minnesota CAF, I have a special interest in this plane and what happened to it, even though this occured before I joined. This plane is now under restoration with the Lake Superior Detachment 101.
