As I write this essay,the current temperature outside is minus 9 degrees  fahrenheit, or, as we say up here in Minnesota, pretty darn cold.  The only folks out flying in this weather are the ones who have to.  But, there is still plenty of activity going on out at the airports.  In hangars all over the state, folks are tinkering with projects, pushed aside during the flying season.
