This thing sounds just like a plane. I don't know why that surprised me or what I was expecting but it made me realize I not only love the look of planes I love the sound of them as well. Dave has a special connection with the engine and the L-5. "When I was about 5 years old, my brother and I sat in our family's '37 Chevy and watched my Dad take Mom on her first airplane ride in an Army Air Corps L-5. She is 87 now, but still remembers her first airplane ride."
