The Gathering of Mustangs and Legends, put on by Stallion 51, was a spectacular success, and I had a really great time seeing old friends, meeting new ones, and watching some great flying. This essay is a small sample of what the event was like. There will be more essays about various elements of the event in the weeks ahead.
