This distinctive beauty was one of the few P-51s at the event, maybe the only, that didn't have a name on the side. Instead it has "buzz numbers". Those big numbers are there so that if the pilot decided to have some fun and buzz the local towns, the folks could identify the plane and report them. Lewis Shaw only buzzed by us on this trip.
