A Great Employer Beck was proud of Tri-State, the Wood Shop, and the things that they made, but the thing in his shop that he was most proud of, was the Team he had assembled to create the art. There are a handful of shops in the world that restore warbirds but few, maybe none of them, have the depth and width of talent that exists at Tri-State. He was incredibly proud of all of you and you should be incredibly proud that he chose you to be part his team.
