On Friday, July 27th, 2007, the Warbird Community lost a great friend. Gerry Beck meant a great deal to a great many people. At the memorial service, copies of his favorite hat, bright orange and emblazoned with "P-51A Mustang", could be seen on many who loved him. The following images are of his family and friends, bidding him farewell at the Fargo Air Museum. Accompanying the pictures is a tribute presented at the service by his friend and fellow pilot, Doug Rozendaal.
