Our destination for the tour was the Minnesota State Fair, a perfect location to carry out the other job of the blimp- to be seen! Above: A fair favorite, the giant slide. Left: Two long ropes hang from the nose of the blimp to be used by the ground crew when retrieving the ship. They are exactly three feet shorter than the span to the engines!
